Our group of experts is ready to accommodate all the different phases of a project, whether restoration of an existing property or a complete new build, with in addition the guarantee to the client of a single individual who will act as the point of contact. We are here to help you and to stand by your side, offering all round assistance, both during the initial building works and when it comes to deciding about internal furnishings and fittings. Our objective is that all the  various schemes should work well together.

Our objective in co-ordinating and managing the building works is that we should make the best use of human and financial resources while respecting Italian rules and regulations and at the same time providing the client with a single point of contact, offering support in both English and Russian.

Each decision, taken as a team, is supported by an analytical report covering financial and technical aspects, whether with regard to the choice of manufacturers and materials or the estimated time for the delivery of the good.

On request, we can also provide the following services:

-      Assistance from the post-acquisition phase to the restoration or construction stage through the help of trusted technical experts

-      Help in negotiating contractual details with technical experts, construction officials, craftsmen, plumbers, electricians, builders and gardeners

-      Periodic reports and help with supervision from a distance
