ADVICE AND CONSULTANCY PRIOR TO PURCHASE AND/OR FOLLOWING PURCHASE OF PROPERTY, WHETHER FOR COMMERCIAL USE OR AS PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION

With the assistance of several professionals who are in a position to offer advice on the appropriate course of action at any one time and who, in addition, will be on hand during all the different phases of the project (both prior to and following purchase of the property), we aim to work closely with the client in order to achieve all their objectives.

We can also provide feasibility studies analysing urban planning issues, as well as the technical and financial aspects of any proposed building works

PRE-PURCHASE ASSISTANCE:

-       We will seek out and provide information about potential properties of interest

-       We will provide extra information about the immediate surroundings to the property, the logistics of the proposed project and descriptions of nearby places of interest, as well as local facilities

-       We will assume responsibility for all email exchanges and telephone calls

-       We will provide an analysis of the overall state of the market as well as more specific issues of supply and demand, identifying locations with the greatest potential for maximising returns in the future

-       We will inspect the property along with an architect and a surveyor

-       We will provide a detailed technical report on the property which will be drawn up by a team of expert professionals

-        We offer advice and assistance in obtaining loans for both residents and non-residents

-       We give advice about financial support and taxation exemptions in certain service facilities such as 'agriturismo' and country house accommodation, as well as  holiday houses and apartments, agricultural developments, buildings constructed on agricultural land in order to provide for a particular activity - such as cellars for wine storage, olive oil presses, greenhouses, etc.

-        We assist with the opening of current accounts with Italian banks and in acquiring the fiscal documents required by Italian law
